From August 25 to 27, 2005, all the head teachers of Grade 1 and Grade 1 of Tsinghua High School participated in the group counseling psychological training organized by the psychological counseling center teacher Chen Mingqiu. The training theme was "How to carry out the group counseling class meeting in the early stage of class construction".。

In waves of hearty laughter，The class teachers participated in games such as "Wind Blowing", "Homeless", "Crossing the Pass", "Monster", "Snowball", "Roundabout communication" and "Brainstorming"，I soon mastered some methods of class group tutoring，The application of these methods in the class meeting will help to promote the freshmen to know and get familiar with each other as soon as possible, cultivate team spirit, and initially form class cohesion and class culture。In addition, through the activity of "My Walnut", the class teachers further reflect and expand their views on students and education in the process of inspiring and promoting each other。

At present, group counseling psychological training has gradually become a new mode of class teacher training in the High School attached to Tsinghua University。For this experiential training, the class teachers gave full affirmation。In the past year, many head teachers have made active attempts and explorations in this regard。Through their class counseling, not only can make students experience class life and feel the philosophy of life in a relaxed and pleasant interaction process, but also truly reflects the idea of "moral education should be student-oriented", and at the same time, it also truly realizes the fundamental goal of "mental health education should be oriented to all students"。
