The 22nd National Youth Informatics Olympic Competition (NOI 2005), sponsored by China Computer Society and hosted by Henan Publishing Group, was held in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan Province from August 5 to August 11,More than 200 computer experts from 31 teams from various provinces, regions and cities across the country, Hong Kong and Macao participated in the competition。After two rounds of intense competition,81 middle school students won the National Youth Informatics Olympic Award,All four young players from the Beijing team won prizes,Among them, Gao Yihan from Class 0303 of Tsinghua High School won the silver award;The other three high school students from Renmin University High School, Peking University High School and Shijingshan High School won the bronze medal。
Approved by the Ministry of Education, supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology and sponsored by the China Computer Society, the National Youth Informatics Olympic Competition (NOI) is regarded as the highest level of youth computer science competition in China.
