From 26 April to 31 May, more than 100 parents of Senior 21 Division, under the leadership of teachers Huang Man-wen and Xu Zhuo-yao from the Psychology Office, conducted a five-week parent test workshop for Senior 3 parents. The theme of the workshop was "Protecting the River and entering the Sea". The workshop was held every Friday morning on the 6th floor of Huayang Building。

This activity flexibly uses mindfulness, psychodrama, box court and other ways to help parents ease their mood, learn practical skills of parent-child communication, help parents maintain a good attitude before the college entrance examination, and do a good job of "rear" support for senior three students。

The second activity was psychodrama. Parents teamed up in pairs to share their state of mind as parents of senior three. Through shoulder-hugging, parents found people who were in tune with them in the workshop, supported and appreciated each other, and shared their happiness and sorrow。

In the third activity, Teacher Huang asked a group of parents to play a variety of emotions, such as joy, sadness, anger, and asked another group of parents who are more rational in normal life to appease a group of parents who are emotional, and how to channel emotions in a concrete way。

The fourth activity was led by career teacher Xu Zhuoyao, who through the "Decision Lifeline" activity, led parents to review five important decisions in their lives and assess the impact of these decisions on them。Parents are full of emotions, have said that the college entrance examination is only a node in the long road of life, the mentality is flat, go all out。By participating in the activities, parents' emotions are relaxed。

In the last activity, Mr. Huang led the parents to send blessings to the students of the High School 21 division who were about to take the college entrance examination。Parents were divided into four groups to create four sets of box court works with the theme of "To You in 10 days", "to you in 3 months", "to you in 1 year" and "to you in 10 years"。In the sharing of works, parents felt sincere joy and happiness。

The activity held by the psychological office not only promoted home-school cooperation, but also created a more stable family support atmosphere for the students of the senior high school, escorting the college entrance examination preparation of the senior high school students, and protecting every stream and merging into the river and sea。
